Pre-consultation case discussion with CAB
Prior to all consultations a call is booked in to discuss what you are hoping to achieve, the client's expectations alongside if there is anything else they require support on
Online or In-person medical assessments
A consultation lasts between 30-40 minutes where we will discuss the medical history and then the assigned veterinary behaviourist will provide a medical plan for your patient. Behavioural medication will be discussed if felt appropriate for the case
Gait Analysis
Where possible videos will be taken to analyse the gait of the referred patient. This will be assessed for any abnormalities as part of the assessment of your case. If the consultation is done online then gait videos will need to be provided before the consultation
Behavioural report
The client and their GP vet will be sent a behavioural report detailing the recommendations advised by our veterinary behaviourist
Assessment of medical history
Our team will read through the medical history of your patient to make sure that a thorough assessment is undertaken
Reassessments
These are recommended with all consultations normally 4-8 weeks after. The fee for these is £75 and is not included in the price of an initial consultation

WANT TO REFER A CASE TO US?
You must be accredited with the APBC, ABTC, FABC or ASAB to work with a VB, otherwise the client will require a full consultation with the LVBC . This service is not for non-accredited behaviourists or dog trainers currently.
